Immediate
| Step 1: | Membership |
- Submit a reservation agreement and $3,000 per apartment home reservation fee to secure your place in the apartment selection queue.*
- Complete and submit your membership application with required documentation.
- Receive Verdeza’s management documents and policies including a residency agreement.
| Step 2 : | Know your basic services |
- Review the details of the community’s amenities and services.
- Meet with our Sales and Marketing Director to discuss furnishing options, and relocation coordination.
One Month Prior to Move-in
| Step 3: | Determine your health plan |
- Complete the Health Services admission packet with your physician.
- Meet with our Medical Director who will conduct a health care interview at our Health Center.
- Our Medical Director will determine the initial level of your required health plan, and review the amenities of the plan with you in detail.
A senior member of our Sales & Marketing department will assist you throughout the membership and occupancy process to answer all of your questions.
