Pricing Plans
Verdeza is designed with two membership fee structures; a partially refundable program, Plan A, and a 90% refundable program, Plan B.
Partially refundable program, Plan A:
- If the resident leaves the community within their first 5 years of occupancy, the unused portion of their initial membership fee will be refunded to them, or their estate.
- Full price with a lower monthly payment
- Partial price with a higher monthly payment
Monthly payments:
- Basic services fee: Basic residential services for the maintenance of the community
- Health plan: Independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing
90% refundable program, Plan B:
- A higher initial membership fee, with a 90% payout to the resident or their estate when the resident leaves the community. This benefit does not expire, but remains intact for the full length of the resident's occupancy. The 90% payout is made upon re-occupancy of the unit by a new resident.
Monthly payments:
- Basic services fee: Basic residential services for the maintenance of the community
- Health plan: Independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing
